Families versus elderly

Seems like so many other grocery store chains, Safeway caters to families and ignore the elderly. I am a senior citizen and I can't tell you how much I dislike I must buy so many items of one product, or I don't get a discount. For example, I just wanted one ice cream and your little sign says I must buy four. You like so many other chain stores discriminate against seniors, I believe as a senior on a budget that you should honor us by bypassing you must buy four RMP

User's recommendation: Safeway only caters to the young so if you're over 50 shop somewhere else.

Old hag, you need to look up the definition for discrimination. You are free to shop elsewhere.

Just go away. You don’t matter.

Bossy customer service clerk at Noriega Street Safeway

Progresso soup was advertised on sale at 4 for $5 with no limit. Went to the Noriega Street Safeway 2 times last week and the shelves were emptied of the Progresso soup both times (shelves not restocked). Decided to ask for a raincheck from the customer service clerk. She gave this bossy comment of "I'm only giving a limit of 6, that's my policy." The ad had no limit. What a B...attitude. Safeway should only place clerks who are sincerely customer friendly in Customer Service jobs.

User's recommendation: Well, these clerks with bad attitude are protected by their union.

Don't try to use the restroom if the security guard uses it!
