Product wasn't as labelled

Today I bought a waterfront bistro shrimp bag labelled as a 16-20 jumbo shrimp for 27.99, when I opened the bag the shrimp looked really small..after defrosting I weighed two of the shrimp, the first one weighed .6 oz , the second .56oz ...these 2 were representative of the ten I took out of the bag..they would qualify for the 25-30 bag certainly not jumbo. I'm thinking about contacting the consumer protection division of the AGs office..paid a premium and rec'd mini shrimp. Chelan Safeway.

User's recommendation: Don't buy waterfront bistro products.

Safeway DOES NOT CARE!

New Safeway For U APP (April 2022) is not compatible with Android 9 phone. Just tried update and now NO ACCESS! Safeway should lose millions of customers, everyone has Android 9.

Excellent service

I shopped at the Newport Safeway yesterday, my checker was Marcy. She is always polite, efficient and pleasant. She has checked me out with groceries several times and is consistent in her treatment of customers. She is an asset to Safeway. I think she deserves recognition for her excellent customer skills. Lack of previous products

I used to love shopping here. What happened to the micro greens? Its been replaced by basic lettuce. Also Mini Dr. Peppers are in unavailable. Im not that picky but these r items I purchase every week. Unfortunately I will now take my business somewhere else. It just makes me sad. Your store was great for so many years. Cry

Ripping off their shoppers

No contact from Safeway. Have to assume they don't want customers. Will see about raising this to the state as well as local tv consumer reporter.

Bought soda pop on sale, buy two, get three free. They only had four. Logic states you should pay for two and get a rain check for one free one. They all rang up at full price and when I complained I was told by their snippy employee that if you don't get all five you don't get any discount. This is false and misleading in anybody's book. Logically they should now owe me six free ones.

Bags of ice

About a year and a Half ago you raised your price on a bag of ice from 2.00 a a bag to 2.50. I thought 2.00 dollars was to high but I am getting gas here so while I'm here I'll get it. Now you have made the bags smaller. That does it for me. There is a new circle K going in across the street. When it opens I will not only buy my gas there but guess what else? I will never buy gas or ice from you again. That goes for food in your stores as well. It is the little things that *** people off. I'm not the only one.
