I ordered a grocery delivery. I received receipt and confirmation number.

It never showed up today. When I called customer service they told me that the store called me to tell me there was a problem processing my order. Then they canceled it. I never received a phone call or voice mail.

The service rep told me that my phones reception must be bad because they called "several times". I checked my order and it still says it was successfully completed and that it was delivered! I am fuming mad that I was charged for an order that I didn't receive and that the customer service agent was no help

At all!!!! I will never use this service.

Ever again! I am so mad I won't shop at safeway ever again!

There are several other options in Petaluma. I don't need the hassle!!!!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of grocery. Safeway needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
