I just ended up leaving a off of Colorado Avenue in Colorado Springs I went to go return the item and ask if I would be able to return another item that I had but explain to him when I came in a few nights ago I return a shaving kit up on that return the manager who was working that night asked if she could keep the receipt due to sales tax from different stores not thinking anything of it I said sure well the manager who is working tonight was very short with me had an attitude and told me without the receipt didn't do anything explained to him that she kept the receipt do two different stores tax he then looked at me and said she would not do that he would print out a new receipt and keep the old then I explained to him when I return maybe you should look into it he would be able to realize that she did keep the receipt then he looked at my other receipts with the items that I wanted to return and said I can't return this one either because you have returned two other items from this receipts I'm not sure if this is how you train your managers to react to customers but it's very poor customer service I don't think I would ever again maybe not even to another I've been shopping with Safeway for over 30 years now I will be letting my friends and family know about this incident I guess Soopers wins arservices loyal customer
