I transferred a script from Walgreens on Thursday morning. I said I would pick it up in the afternoon. Arrived Saturday at 3:40 pm to pick the meds and was told it was not ready. I was told they "just got it" and it would take a half hour to fill it.
I called Walgreens to see when it was sent over - Thursday morning...
The only reason I transferred from Walgreens to Safeway is due to a change in my insurance coverage.
I have used the pharmacy before with the same results.
Very poor customer service.
