I do not understand.We have had problems with our safeway card.
It used to be that we have had no problems before.
We had to get a new card since our card had a crake in it. We have been having problems for about one year. We were told by one cashier that we needed both the care and our phone number in order to work. My husband was told by a different cashier that he need a pin number.
The cashier ran the card for him.
We did not get the right price for the items on just for u and that were on $5 Friday. He estimated that the total prices were about $35.00 off. That is a lot. Our card does not work right?????
There have been other customers who are having the same problem. It seems that ever since we Safeway has been bought out these problems have come up.
We are thinking that it is not worth shopping at Safeway.
This person wrote the review because of pricing issue of safeway reward card from Safeway. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $35 and wants Safeway to "everyone is able to use the reward card with no problem".
The most disappointing in user's experience was using the rewards card. Author liked the most convenient. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
