It is beyond belief that a company like this that uses some of the most advanced IT online (just for U, etc.) will not accept email customer complaints. In fact, if you do happen to find an email address, they will simply ignore you. They simply don't care, its not important enough to hear their customers concerns. If you want to try your luck without interminable hold times on the telephone ....

Gotta do it the old fashioned way. These people use Facebook just like everyone else.

Track down their personal accounts (it's not hard if you're willing to work a bit) and hit 'em through there.

Is it dirty to contact them outside of work? Sure.

But who gives a ***? They call me when I'm off and ask me to come in to work, so really, who gives a ***.
