It is beyond belief that a company like this that uses some of the most advanced IT online (just for U, etc.) will not accept email customer complaints. In fact, if you do happen to find an email address, they will simply ignore you. They simply don't care, its not important enough to hear their customers concerns. If you want to try your luck without interminable hold times on the telephone ....
