I walked up to the deli and nobody was waiting but the 2 employees behind the counter both had to help the three customers. 15 minutes later and another 6 people in line behind me, I get helped.
I got the $5 meal deal special sandwich. The employee let me get a different type of bread and added chiptole but would only toast the bacon that went on it saying that if she toasted the rest it would be more $$. WTF I then asked if i could get a small cup of soup instead of the chips and drink (soup is an option on meal deals) but of course she said no that it would be extra $$. I paid and got out of there.
The customers behind me were feeling the same way. The customer service was so bad!!!
