Billy Emerson in produce was friendly and helpful in answering my questions. He went beyond expectations that I am accustomed to.
He deserves an A+ for customer service. He took the time to explain and nicely suggest answers even though he was obviously busy and had other priorities. I don't run into that every day. I am in the service business and run a small service company and find this to be difficult to teach.
Billy was clean cut and not afraid to talk to customers and he was not over board on the friendly but was nice and casual friendly.
He didn't have to even look up or could have pretended not to notice me but he went further and asked what he could help me with. He comes through as a dedicated person to his job and I want you to know that he is a definite asset to Safeway.
