While attempting to return 1 item for 10 items i was told that they could only ring 3 items at the Customer Service desk although 4 of the items were the same thing. The cashier left me standing at the customer service desk without saying anything about why she left me standing there and later returned and said that the manager told her that she could only ring up 3 items.

I then asked her to ring whatever 3 she chooses and, she would not run any of my items and told me to go to a lane or self checkout. The customer behind me was so upset and told me to request to see a manager.

The manager did not resolve my issue and did not offer an apology but rather told me to bring my items to the register she would ring them. This was the worst customer service experience ever.
